Armen asked you to stop before. You didn't call him out and ask him to stop. Instead of making a report instantly after he says 1 tiny thing, you should have just told him to stop.

Probably an internet issue. It happens to me from time to time, I just disconnect them reconnect to my internet, or restart my modem.

I'm pretty sure that this was included in the actual map. Though it wastes a lot of time. I don't think a lot of people know about it on VSH since that map and the Halloween map aren't quite played that often.
