Guide for Jailbreak

Post by imtheguy247 »

The purpose of jailbreak is different in everyone's opinion. Some people like to rebel to kill all the Counter-Terrorists (CT's) and some try to be the last man standing and recieve a last request. I know for some new members joining a Jailbreak for the first time it can be confusing, but here is a little guide that can help you enjoy your time in the Jailbreak Servers.

Definitions

Baiting - When a CT goes up to the Terrorist to try and make the terrorist knife him/her. If the CT baits, and the Terrorist knife's, the terrorist cannot be killed. If they are, it is considered a Free kill.

Free-Kill - When a CT kills a terrorist for no apparent reason. Multiple Free-kills can result in a kick or ban

Commands

!hit - HIT - Will place a "Hit" on a fellow terrorist, and will let you kill him. Costs $16,000

!rules - Rules - Brings up the rules of the server. READ BEFORE BECOMING A COUNTER-TERRORIST.

!lr - Last Request - When you are the last terrorist standing you have the option to type in !lr to bring up a variety of different Last requests. Last Request's are basically Mini-Games that help the terrorist kill off the remaining CT's without being a Rebel. Only available to Terrorist.

!buybomb - Buy Bomb - When you are a terrorist, and have $16,000 saved up, you can buy a bomb that will explode when !boom is typed in chat. If close enough to a CT you will kill them, and yourself. Recommended to bind a key to explode your bomb (See Below). Only one person can have a bomb at a time, and you have to wait a set amount of time before it activates. Only available to Terrorist.

!boom - Explode Bomb - When a Bomb is bought, and activated, type !boom to explode your bomb killing yourself, and anyone CT around you. Only available to terrorist.

!rape - Rape- Will rape a terrorist for $10,000. Makes other person loose health, and "drug" them making them slow. Only available to Terrorist.

!commands - Commands - Shows any other commands not listed above.

Binding

Binding is basically making a key that's not currently in use, usable. Many different examples of bind is "!boom" "!lr" and any other key that is used on a regular basis. To bind a key enter your Counter-Strike: Source console (the ` ) key and type bind KEY "command"
For example: If you wanted to bind !boom to the [ key you would type bind [ "say !boom"

Last Requests
Gun Toss - Terrorist picks a Counter Terrorist and stand at a defined spot by the Terrorist. Terrorist gives out rules, and decides who goes first. When you go, you run up to the edge of the object, look up, and jump out. The press the drop weapon key (Default G) and whoever's gun travels further wins.

Shotgun Wars - Counter Terrorist and Terrorist recieve a Shotgun after a 3 second wait time. The first one to kill the opposing player wins.

Shot for Shot - Terrorist picks a pistol, and a Counter Terrorist. The server randomly picks a person to shoot first. You shoot at the enemy that has a beacon underneath them. Once you take your shot, the opponent takes their shot. First person dead loses.

Knife Fight - Terrorist picks a Counter-Terrorist and fights each other with a knife

Race - Terrorist picks a finish point, and a Counter-Terrorist to race against. The two stand in the same spot and go when it says go. First one to the finish wins, and other dies.

No Scope - Terrorist picks a Sniper Rifle, and a Counter-Terrorist. Scoping is disabled. First one to kill the other wins.

Jump - Who can jump the fastest in a certain amount of time.

Dodge Ball - Terrorist picks Counter-Terrorist, and fight will begin when your screen says go. First one to hit the other person with a "dodge-ball" wins.

Chicken Fight -Terrorist picks Counter-Terrorist and first person to stand on the others head wins.

Counter-Terrorist Games

The Counter-Terrorist can play games with the Terrorists to get the amount of alive players down. Below are listed the most common games played in the [FF] Server.

Last Reaction:First Reaction - One of the most common games played, Counter-Terrorists line up the terrorists and call out Last Reaction, or first reaction. If first reaction is called out, the first person who reacts to the command is killed. If last reaction is called out, the last person who reacts is killed. For example. If a Warden calls out Last reaction jump, and players 1, 2, 3, and 4 jump, but 3 jumps last, only 3 is killed. If Warden calls out First Reaction jump, and player 1 jumps first and 2 jumps after, ONLY player 1 gets killed

Simon Says - Simon says is another popular game played in the [FF] Servers. Just like the popular modern game, people who don't do what Simon Says are killed. Before starting Simon say's a CT (Usually Warden) calls "Simon Says I'm Simon". This let's all players know that only this person is Simon and to not listen to any other CT. If any other CT calls any other command, and the Terrorist reacts, the terrorist will be killed. When Simon says "Simon Says the game's over" then the game is over. Variances are Evil Simon says where the last person to react dies.

Trivia - The warden will ask a question through his microphone, and the first Terrorist to answer it correctly in the chat box get to pick another fellow terrorist to die. There ARE different variances to this game so pay attention to the warden to find directions.

Panda Free Day - When a Panda Free day is called, every Terrorist has to crouch walk wherever he goes. If he stand-walks he is killed. The Terrorist can stand up to type, but has to be still. There are also different variances to this game to so make sure you listen to the warden. A common misconception on the CT side, is the terrorists cannot knife. They in fact CAN knife the Counter - terrorist, no matter if they are baiting or not. If you have a weapon you will either be asked to drop it or be shot.

Zombie Free Day - Just like Panda Freeday, except you have to SHIFT-Walk. When you hold shift and walk, it makes your character walk and not run.

Free Day - Terrorists can do whatever they please. If a Warden calls a place off limits then it is off limits. Only restriction to this is if it is the first round on a new map. Terrorists are allowed to go anywhere they please on the first round. Once terrorists are seen with a weapon, they will be asked to drop it, or be shot.

War-Day - Counter-Terrorists will call a warday in a certain part of the map, and a time to leave your cells. If you leave cells earlier then specified you will be shot if a CT is present. Once the time has come to leave your cells, you have to go to Armory and grab a gun. You go to the specified section of the map that the CT's had stated, and try to kill all the CT's. If CT's are shooting, or killing a Terrorist in a spot that was not specified previously, then they can be slayed/kicked. There is no Last Request in Warday.

Red Light Green Light - CT's line up terrorists up on a wall, and warden will call red light green light. When green light is called, terrorists will move to the finish point. When Red Light is called, the terrorists will come to a stop. Anyone still moving when red light is called will die. First one to the Finish point wins, and will pick someone to die.

Also Fire, once i finish this guide, i think you should add a command in game to bring them to this page. Because there is ALOT of confusion every once in a while on what is what.
