In the past couple of weeks I have noticed some performance issues while gaming. I have noticed a lower fps throughout all my games includng counterstrike, guildwars 2, and league of legends. In league i normaly have a steady 60 fps but lately its gone down to fps. I'm not sure what things I can do to trouble shoot this so please list any suggestions that you might have.

Re: Performance Issues with PC custom built
Have you defragged lately or ever?
Also if you wanna show us the important specs get a program called speccy.

Well if you defragged yesterday and you still have performance issues and it isn't all the dust in your case then I can't really be sure.Mers wrote:i defragged yesterday but ill do it again. Will cleaning your motherboard and cpu increase performance?

I'm not going to keep posting like I know what I'm talking about. So you're basically fucked until SoulHarvester (The god of computer problems) gets online and posts in this thread.
Last piece of advice, check to see if you got a virus when downloading all that gay porn or whatever.

Not even close.Phantom wrote:SoulHarvester (The god of computer problems)
Anyways, What have you installed recently?
Edit:
What did you scan with? And is it really relevant (Have you done anything that could have actually gotten your PC Malware lately)?

Re: Performance Issues with PC custom built
I used Norton to scan, but as far as activity I do watch some shows on the internet using various streaming sites that contain so many advertisements for various falsities. But I did update my computer a couple weeks back so I will do a system restore to about one month ago and see if this helps.
