Looks fine to me, though I'd recommend looking for a motherboard with a Z77 chipset over P67.

also you're probably going to want a larger secondary harddrive, the SSD works well for your operating system and maybe a steam game or two with long load times, but 128GB isn't going to fit a whole lot by itself. Though I suppose you plan on just re-using your current one. If that's the route you're going, wait to plug it in until after you've installed your OS onto the SSD and got it all working nicely, otherwise it can fuck with the installation.

for some reason it's not listing newegg as a merchant for that GPU, and newegg sells it for like $40 less than CompUSA.

I would upgrade the Power Supply. 620w isn't gonna give you the power you want. Go for a 800+.

The need for power in a rig has been going down for the last 10 years, the 620 is fine.

(with the exception of AMD CPUs).
