The Toshiba's a better deal.
Faster ram with a regular amount (do they even produce 5GB modules?).
2GB wouldn't really make much difference for the most part.
also has an actual dedicated graphics processor (not that it's very powerful).
These laptops are good for storage and processor-intensive uses that can take advantage of all 4 cores, such as rendering things or using after effects and the like, but for gaming they're not going to perform too well.
