The screen at the end of the round that says which team wins

Since I changed some materials around, I've been getting a huge pink and black screen when I should be seeing the "Blablah wins" sign. I don't understand, since I have the .VTF and .VTM files and I can see the .VTF's with a VTF Viewer. I know I have them and know what they look like, but they just don't work. Does anybody know why?
The files are located in cstrike/materials/overlays/sm_hosties

i think you need to delete and get back when you join server

I also can't see sprays.
I'll try re-installing CS:S.

i've had that problem ever since i reinstalled cs:s.... I've tried everything.

I can see sprays now, but I still get a purple and black screen at the end of the round.
I can see the files fine with VTFEditor..

Same problem here, i tried something different, like completely deleting your counter strike source folder in steamapps, and it worked again. Because even if you say delete all files, it still leaves custom files inside of steam.
