"Busy Writing to Disk"

Hey there. When ever I Update a Game I Have, While at my Desktop (Not my Laptop) Via Steam, It keeps up showing "Busy Writing to Disk" and Stops all Downloading for about 5 Min and Dose at again after a few Minutes.
Any help?

How old is your hard drive? Could either be a interesting bug or a failing hard drive.

This is normal, it's installing the files that it downloaded, most likely decompressing them.

I've had this Desktop since 2011, So About 4 Years.
