Team fortress 2 won't Download

I just got my new HP computer, and Got steam, then Downloaded Garry's mod fine. Then i proceeded to download TF2 and It stopped and said download Failed( Download Currupt). what does this mean? and How can i get Tf2 to download Properly?

Try switching the download-region in Steam then re-start your Steam client, ensure the download-region is still switched to a different one then try to continue with the download.
Doesn't always work. Heard about this before.

I mean, im a complete dumbass when it comes to shit like that, i don't really know how to. But ill see what i can do

Talked Presto trough this, He changed to another region, then re-setet his own region again.... and it worked !
Didn't thought that it would work tbh :c

Nice. Thanks for helping him out with how to change region!
But yeah... I've seen this before, and helped a player with it.
