GTX 980 is also a bit outdated. Something like a $200 RX 480 would easily match it in performance. You can get it exchanged at that PC Doctor, but just make sure that the price is reasonable.
I think I'll get it replaced by the PC doctor when I can do that. And for a little while after using DDU things seemed fine, but then they started glitching again.
