Basically, on the verge of being Perma-banned.

I'm going with 1 more warning. I have already talked to Fire about this issue and he has let me decide on this issue.

I feel like a Silence could solve almost all the problems if not all of them, IMO.

Don't ban him from the server he likes, especially since there's two sides to the story, and you both sound just as bad as each other.

A gag/silence should be sentenced, yes. Unless he disrupts the game-play. (Spawncamping etc.)

Personaly i don't think a ban was nessecary, but a mute / gag would have been fine with me, so if the ban could be lifted to one of the other punishments that would be great. So I would be able to idle again.
