While that is understood, that's not going to help in this situation.

I just need to know how much the items were actually worth that were being traded. (We do have a no scamming policy).
he didnt scam him, the guy offered it.. the guy traded.
all his own fault.

i put my iPhone up for sale on the Net for 200$ i settled at 150.... big deal.

Sharking (a form of scamming) is taking advantage of the other trader that doesn't have superior knowledge about the item, and getting mass profit from doing so, as usually (the sharker) gives less (when I mean less, I mean extremely less, not even close to the item's value) to the other trader than what the item is actually worth (the other trader not aware of this), and can thus, sell it for the normal price to someone else and make profit.

Just need to get a few legit opinions in here from people I know that are current on market prices before I can make a decision, if this was in the trade server.

wasnt a super unfair deal? was a minor deal? almost like a sale.... in my opinion.

2.5 keys, which is like $3-5.

And it was a trade in which you still got something, this is entirely your fault and the so called 'sharking' wasn't significant enough that we should really ban someone else because you disagree with the trade you made, after you made it. Hopefully you'll learn from this and be more careful about the trades you make in the future.

Though the guy sounds like a total doucher so I wouldn't expect him to be on our servers much longer unless he changes.

It's the thought of someone repeatedly scamming over and over again. If you played tf2 and traded, you would know the significance.
