Fixing the Freak Fortress 2 Map and Boss Pack Voting Menu

I was playing on a saxton hale server, and the voting menu for the maps staring with 3, 4, 5, excluding 1 and 2 because people spam those buttons a lot. The people on the server seemed to be really happy with the change. I think it would be worth a try on the FF2 servers.

For example, the map vote would look like this:

3. some map
4. some other map
5. some other map
6. some other map
7. some other map
8. some other map
9. some other map

While the boss pack vote would look like this:

3. Boss Pack 1
4. Boss Pack 2
5. Boss Pack 3
6. Random

Random can be at the top of the vote or the bottom. It's immaterial. I do support the choice of choosing a random vote, but I think everyone on the Freak Fortress 2 Servers can agree that "Random" is ALWAYS chosen. It's good that some people prefer random, but it's painfully obvious that people always press 1 or 2 for the sake of its vicinity to the movement keys. If the first map on the list or "Random" is chosen every time, then there is very little point in a vote. Even when Fire is on the server, he has to dissuade players from spamming 1 so he can test a new boss on the server.

I have a feeling that most people agree, and hopefully something is done. So far, this is the biggest inconvenience on the FF2 servers. Support this post if you agree.
