Freak Fortress Suggestion: Flying Guillotine Crits?

Again Im sorry if this counts as a necro, but i've still had chats about this XD.

I will continue to use my cleaver in Freak Fortress, however, I wish it's reward for having excellent accuracy/timing on a nigh imp[ossible to hit boss at times, to be potent if I may be so greedy to state.

If it hasn't been added yet, it was probably rejected or at least it was put really low on the priority list.
