[SURF] Tier check

As many people know on surf there are maps and each map is measured in a level of skill called a tier. So during each map people will ask what tier is this map and most people will not know so it made me think why not put the tier of the map near the timer or a command that says what tier the map is.

Would love this, never bothered checking what tiers the maps are, just completed those that I could and was salty for the rest :D Would be nice to know my own skill level tho :D

I think this is a good idea, Not only that, people can stop asking you what tier it is.

Ive seen commands like ''/tier'' etc. on servers to check and also a lot of servers display the tier next to the map in the rtv
ie. ''4. Surf_Aircontroll [Tier 1]''

If some one would like to start writing down tier numbers for all the maps I can code it into the timer when I have a chance.
