Reason why you think this punishment is unfair/uncalled for/biased, etc.: Not really sure why i was gagged, i was just joking around with the people on the server and i read the rules and it says nothing about "trolling" but i take it it's being ironic and in that logic literally everyone that was in the server with me should've been gagged, even if i did do that i think this punishment is a bit severe

This guy has been muted/gagged several times before. Hence why it was swapped to a weeks gag rather than 60min.
He's been muted for being toxic, spamming, gagged for harassment and toxicity before.

If you look at the first page of his chatlogs he types 7 messages per minute several times. Which floods the chat. In a game which is so heavily based on communication he's been warned about spamming before.
Him and his friends also changed their names to "Cocksucker22" and "cocksucker23" just to disrupt the game and make it confusing. Then changed his name to pussysniffer continuing to be obnoxious

90% off the messages were in dead chat so it wasn't disrupting the game, also there will always be 3 people screaming on the mic 24/7 and they don't get punished, also when you take those messages out of context it sounds bad and 99% of those messages were clearly sarcasm

It does not matter whether the chats were in live or dead chat. Not only is it flooding the chat, which in itself can be worthy of punishment, but it also is aggressively phobic, sexual, gross, disturbing, etc. You've been punished multiple times in the past for similar behavior. If it keeps up it will lead to a permanent punishment in the future.
