Why am i banned from TF2 Disc FF servers?

I was banned for impersonating a admin but actually im not i just liked the profile picture the admin had and my name was already named fluttershy since i am a brony so why cant i name my self fluttershy so i went to freak fortress for a while and people started mocking me that i was imporsonating wich i wasnt because its stupid to imporsonate some admin if u can just say !admins and show all admins on servers

Your name was exactly the same with DJ fluttershy on that moment, so we can't blame that we accused you of impersonation.
If you really are passive, and doesn't saying anything that you are an "admin" then that can be a proof to your innocence.

Apparently people were saying you were actively impersonating as an admin, though permanent is a bit much regardless, I'll talk to him about it.
