Explain what happened: He has been disobeying warnings from admins as well as extensively spawncamping. I warned him about the consequences of his behavior and his reply is - "There aren't any admins on. Lol." He has been doing this for a REALLY long time and even Chokes Kittens and Retards warned him countless times. He also mentioned he can TP anybody to the Skybox when he wants to. (Includes Idlers)
Players/Admins who also saw offense: Buttmunch and Chokes. (He warned him in the past alot.)
Time and Date of offense: Around 8:30 PM UTC on April 9th of 2013

I got one picture of him spawncamping. The rest of the times we're him setting up a sentry on the train shooting down at us, Lobbing nades into spawns and Pyro'ing like in that Screenshot.

Idk if that's enough proof to ban, I would try recording a demo next time by typeing Record "name of demo" in the console then upload it to mediafire or somethin similar. Or even a screenshot of him saying "there are no admins on so ill spawn camp" or whatever you said.

I will pay attention to these players if i ever see them again. Thanks for reporting. On some of the screenshots you could close the glass door to block off the middle area.

He was ignoring warnings from me too 
When i ask him to stop camping he actually stalls like a five year old. "Why?" "Why is that against the rules?" And even after pointlessly explaining to him 'why' He still manages to ignore me 
AND he kept opening the glass door in the middle to camp the other team

He really IS annoying.
I checked up on SourceBans and found he is now banned but just for a week.
