The Trade Server in General Abuse?

So I decided to go on to the Trade/"Fun" server and see what's up with the admins. I recorded a demo of everything that occurred, but I couldn't find it in my tf file. So I pasted the entire chat between Fuffeh and I.

Here's what was going on. We were snipers on the opposite teams. He had an issue with how I came out from the room and shot, then sidestepped back in so I couldn't be shot while reloading. I then repeated the process with the stairs in the spawn room. In the twelfth chatbox screenshot where I say, "Fuffeh keeps saying I suck at the game," JRatt was asking me who was trash talking. He didn't really do anything to stop Fuffeh.
Also, there's an image in there showing you how JRatt was using the "@ (message here)" command to advertise his trade. The entire time, nobody cared about how Fuffeh was trash talking me, INCLUDING the 3 other admins on. I also have a screenshot of furry porn sprays, and one of them was sprayed by Fuffeh. Just in case something like that isn't supposed to be allowed. If I need to show you for proof, then I guess I can in a private chat.

Lol, Fuffeh is really shit at the game, an appraisal of skill from Fuffeh is like asking a kid to tell you the value of a gold ring.

I encountered similar problems with Fuffeh, but it doesn't bother me as much as it seems to bother you.

The main issue for me is that we give mutes, gags, and kicks for what he so abundantly does. There's also the issue that no admin is telling him to stop, so apparently everyone thinks it's ok for him so insult another player. How does this make our community look?

On the trade server we don't generally mute and gag people for trash talking. Yeah one of our rules is don't disrespect players but if being talked down to a little by someone who's probably a little mad at your tactics is something you find disrespectful that's what you need to tell us. Trash talking is something everyone does on occasion and isn't something we punish regular player for either. When they start insulting people directly of their opinions, race,etc that's when we feel the need to mute/gag. I personally feel that if being trash talked to affects you that much you probably just need a break, that's what I did later today after being insulted or trashed talked somewhat by Bilbo. It's a Trade/Fun server so we're typically a little lenient. Plus as admins all we can do about other admins is ask them to do something, we have no power over each other (except Mike, and top admins). I apologize for not trying to do anything but it's simply because I didn't feel action was necessary and because there's nothing I really could've done.

(Edit) Also I've use the Admin chat because it's a little more noticeable in the chatbox. No one would pay attention to the admins if we tried to control them with the green text, that's why we use /csay;msay;etc, I thought that since we don't use it for that I might as well use it for something. I used it in my admin from Jan-April and I use it now, I've also use it with Fire and Breezier in the server and neither of them said anything. Also the furry porn/porn sprays are not against the rules of our server. Part of the porn sprays even belong to admins and the sprays have been allowed at least since I joined the server last August, until Fire tells us there's a rule we aren't gonna ban the sprays. I hope this clears things up a bit and once again I apologize for not trying to take some action.

If I start getting insulted the second I start playing sniper and it lasts for a good 20 minutes, why would I need a break? It's the admin that's upset enough to start bullying someone. Wouldn't he be the one that needs a break? Especially since the majority of my responses were things along the line of, "Leave me alone." It's fine for him to keep coming back with insults? Just a little bit of trash talking isn't that bad, but straight up bullying should always be against the rules if you ask me.

Ok but Like I said there's nothing we can do about an admin being rude except to talk to him and since Fuffeh has no mic that makes it difficult to reason with him. I'm not saying Fuffeh wasn't in the wrong but sometimes, even if you've just started the class, a break is necessary.Someone should talk to Fuffeh but I feel I'm not exactly the one fit for the job, sorry.

I got on a second time to see what would happen, but this time I went in under a different name and profile picture. This one isn't as long because he left five minutes later. Also, pay attention to what Daffodil said about Fuffeh.

Also, why do I keep seeing two admins use the Admin green text command to advertise their trades? I have screenshots of it if I need to upload them for you to believe me.

Just ignore Fuffeh. He's a major shitlord for the amount of hours he has in the game.

I just don't get it. Why is an admin insulting people, JUST because he get's killed. I don't know.. But I think that that is childish and sad.
