Dear god what's wrong with you? You don't even warn with chat? I have voice off in the game for good reasons, and don't think anyone should turn on voice just to hear a warning.

Even though the rules state that they only have to warn on mic, this should be a courteous thing, to just warn in chat as well, in case some people only have this option. For example, some like to listen to music while they play, don't have a headset, etc.

I don't think it would kill you to warn in chat also. Just bind a key to the warning or take the time to type it out yourself, takes all of 5 seconds.

I usually warn twice on a silent moment. When I don't get a response like "okay" I do warn in the chat. With micspam? I just try to scream over the mic so loud that he can hear me. If he asks for a unmute I just say like: /motd = main rule, warned you over mic, you didn't listen = mute.
