He means Idle Due to the "Ramp" meaning the surf ramp people snipe on. It isnt really breaking the rules sniping from the ramp just people get annoyed so admins tend to tell them to stop.

A map built on spawn sniping and spawn camping on a trade server. A TRADE SERVER. Taking stuff like that seriously is stupid and should not be brought to the forums, especially with no proof.

Spawn camping is no big deal at all to begin with, I really don't mind it, because it is so insignificant to the servers propose, next time, if you find that the spawn camping really gets out of hand (which it most likely won't) bring sufficient proof.
