Witnesses: *actual* Stormtra, no other apparent witnesses
Proof: Admittedly...none. Stormtra himself was unable to gather any chatlogs and, apparently due to privacy reasons, is unable to submit this report himself, so he asked me to do it in his stead. There are reports of an impersonator using his name to beg for items and "be a general nuisance"; I was unable to witness this myself, though Stormtra seems to have a better understanding of this scenario. Either way, impersonation is something noone here is new to, and it's become quite a problem, so I'd suggest we get this guy dealt with.
