Ok. That should be plenty. If you want more just look at their recent chats under Ranks, and that's only from the past FEW DAYS. Those two caused problems when I was around and got themselves banned as I stated before, but some people just don't learn. No Admins were available at the time so I made this. As of why action should be taken against them, they just spam... and spam... and.. SPAM. They are an overall nuisance on the server, and when called out they'll just find you and bother you anywhere on the map, other people than just me know this.
