Everytime I join the server this guy ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/9352294203 ) is using jetpack while in combat

Also, I have already spoken to this user about their VIP power and what not to do. However, if they continue please make a report with the proper format and proof, or report them on the server so an admin can take care of it.

Player has been talking to. If they continue to abuse VIP, please make a new report with the correct format
