Reason why you think this punishment is unfair/uncalled for/biased, etc. I understand the rule of using jetpack in action/battle but that was my first warning and done nothing like that before

You were banned for using a VIP perk to gain an advantage in combat. The purpose of VIP is not to provide a combat advantage to someone who has paid for VIP, but to provide some fun perks. We do not take kindly to those who use their abilities that way. As I do not believe I gave you a proper warning before banning you for abusing VIP, I will remove your ban, but if you are found abusing VIP again, there will be more severe consequences.
