he should be unbanned, was my mistake. there was a couple people on the server saying he was hacking, combine that with a bit of lag, and hitbox registration it lead me to believe that he was using an aim assist. while I was spectating him, I saw him headshot a pyro, but it looked like his crosshair was aiming at his chest.
