"hackers", and how to report the PROPER way without BAN?
I have recorded screen-footage of a "hacker" in action on Idle/Trade #1, however, due to past "false reports", and getting banned for said reports, I am afraid to use the !report system. My video is 1.63GB in size, so how should I provide the "proof" to Fire? I cannot be banned again, for DISC-FF IS my online life for TF2. I refuse to play on other servers, however, I have significant proof, and a bandicam recording. What are my options?

1.6GB is a lot to upload on youtube etc. Id recommend running it through a video editing software to make the file size smaller. If you got windows you should have Windows Movie Maker, launch that, drag the video file on it and choose render, id say 720p should be more than good enough for quality. After that upload it to youtube, set it either public or unlisted and post the link on your report.

You can post a report on this sub-forum if you want, but be sure to follow the format found here. If you decide to use the report plugin again and have proof, you should probably message the admin when they get on letting them know you have proof, then add them on steam and send the video.
