Reason why you think this punishment is unfair/uncalled for/biased, etc. I was just a sniper headshoting people and at one point I headshoted someone and looked away from them before it showed the killcam, so he thought I was aimboting.

I received a report against you for hacking. The reporter had some previously valid reports on their record so I took that into consideration. I had 3 people including the reporter also said you were hacking.

Granted, for some strange reason the spectate command was and still is not working on the server and I did not receive a chat notification form our plugin that detects aimbotters. However, we know some aimbot programs are better than others can it comes to detections. Going back to how spectate is not working, so I had to go invisible to personally watch you. While watching you got 2 or 3 headshots in row which is impressive.

I believe the ban should stay for now unless a higher up deems otherwise or some new evidence comes up.

After some consideration i have deemed that there is not enough proof to warrant the ban. I Have un-banned the player.
