Which admin banned you: Jonite

How long they punished you for: Permanent

Reason for punishment: Aimbot (Oh boooooy)

Reason why you think this punishment is uncalled for: Obviously I'm not aimbotting as I used to regularly score high numbers as a sniper in VSH, and I was an admin for your VSH servers for quite a few months, that said I also am more than willing to bet Jonite failed to get a demo for review seeing as this was done quite hastily, and I had only played one round.

Reason why you should remove this punishment: Reason stated above.

Question that will probably be asked: I have basically abandoned my old steam account and have decided to create this new account.

Hello, I was watching you for most of the round and at first i noticed unusual high numbers from a players whose name I did not recognize. I then went ahead and started a demo and noticed that you were unsually accurate especially with the secondary.

I'd like to see the other admins opinions on this before making a decision.

Most of my shots with the secondary hit because he was in close proximity and was moving in a pretty predictable pattern. SMG spread is bad but it's not so terrible that it won't hit close range, sniper rifles have no spread obviously and if hale just jumps straight popping him at the apex point is easy. Also if I was aimbotting my reaction time in certain areas would've been better, one such example being the bridge on crevice when I was in the cave and another being the lift that I was able to see him going up but not react fast enough to place my sight on him (rectified this by hitting him at the apex of the lift's height, as seen by the shot on his rather tiny head). I also feel like only watching me for the second half of the round rather than going spectate and reviewing a full round of gameplay is a bit unjust. If someone learns a hale's pattern during a round they'll hit them much more, simple as that.

A couple of admins including myself have looked at the demo. It was decided that the demo showed no hacking.
The ban was lifted.
