Tis but a thought that seeing multiplicative sprays suggesting far more sultry intentions that of my custom spray, which my comrade created in Garry's Mod with nothing more than minecraft blocks, depicts a scene of unjust perversion so heinous that, I shall be banned upon being warned but once not to spray it. Yet even abiding by this rule and spraying it in such a fashion that the dastardly act not to be seen. Upon entering the server which I also occupied, with no warning though he claims he did, bans me outright with nothing to suggest he was there. Effectively disregarding my comrades confrontation to the other clearly pornographic spray.But, with an eye for trouble and a nose that doubles; I sensed an uneasy presence, sure enough I saw in thine chat log Illuse had joined the server. Yet said not a peep for he was on a mission to as I like to say "Kill My Vibe". As a simple minded fellow like I would assume he was here to address the actual pornographic spray, he fools me into believing he had actual intentions to uphold is promise. He then after totally ignores the other spray entirely that was painstakingly obvious ,and continues to rant on how he warned me multiple times. Which was in a farce for he was attempting self-justification for a blatantly obvious immoral mistake.(source of this information is through my witness Magma Core) In the midst of the game through the chaos i couldn't recall hearing his angelic voice, so in a confused state I simply asked where is the admin that has caused a depressing and dispiriting effect upon me was "Buzzkill" was the specific term. Know I would understand why a fellow would be upset after that statement like so yet he reacted by gagging me for an entire hour.His reasoning "disrespecting an admin". Now that would make sense if I was cursing the the person who gave birth to such a wonderful creature, but to playfully call someone a debbie downer should not cause such a fuss.

:In my layman's opinion on why this dramatic punishment should be overturned is simply because for all my years of playing on your servers and, countless admins who have seen and appreciated my adolescent humor that is my spray, not a single time has it been deemed as "pornograhic" or even close to it for if square blocks arouse you in any way shape or form (with the exception of pixels which are more geared to create a reality that is a farce) I apologize to you that you deem it so but the small percentile that s offended by this should not be outweighed by the overabundant majority.That is so to speak that if I find a certain spray on the server that is confirmed to be actual porn with a sandwich covering the explicit part, and I against everyone in the server think that is considered porn shouldn't the perpetrator of the spray be held accountable and permanently banned against the collective opinions of their peers and those before them? You in the most likely case shant think in such an prejudiced fashion. And with this I ask you good founders co-founders and representatives of this fine network of public services that you should please look into this case with more than the opinion of one, but with the collaboration amongst yourselves. Thank you for your time.

Claims I had a "pornographic" spray.
I enter the server immediately upon entering the server I see very lewd sprays and so I spray next to the other sprays like every other time i've done it for the years i've been playing on these servers. So the round ends and the next one starts after like 3 minutes into the round I hear the Illuse talking about an apparently "pornographic" spray so I think to myself oh the gif of the girl shaking her ass wasn't exactly porn but I guess they have become more strict about the rules. Then the reason for me typing here Illuse proceeds to talk in game about "Can't Handle The Salt why do you have a spray of a dude sticking his dick into a pig" my immediate reaction was that of, , so I respond with wait a minute that picture of minecraft blocks to a minecraft pig is porn but the actual girl twerking in her underwear is not? So he is nagging at me with this that and the other so I say okay my dood whatever you say. But you see you can't unspray something or at least i've never figured that one out so I do the next best thing I spray it on a texture that doesn't render my spray visible. But he doesn't stop there he then starts yelling at me like "WHERE IS THAT SPRAY I TOLD YOU NOT TO SPRAY IT" His voice being raised and all I simply say dude I sprayed it so you can't see it cause I did not want to cause any trouble. So the map changes and I he starts yelling at me again for no god awful reason because I didn't spray it. So he then he just stops talking completely and I ask "Is admin buzzkill still here?" And for this he gags me for disrespecting admins. About a week later in the same server I was playing just fine with everyone else and someone sprays an actual porn spray with tits hanging out and someone comments on it like "I don't think you're supposed to have that spray" but they don't make a big deal about they just continue with their business, then Illuse joins shortly after another player made that comment and I guess someone must have reported the spray but he joins the server but doesn't do anything for a few minutes then out of the blue with absolutely no warning I get permanently banned.
I believe this ban should be undone simply because he was very biased in his rules and only targeted me out of all the other sprays as well as abusing his admin title by gaggin me for calling him a "buzzkill" even though someone called him a Cave Johnson which would be more of an insult than simply "buzzkill" but he did not gag them.

Alright, when you mentioned it being a perminant it was ment to be a 60 minute ban, not a perminant that was my bad, Secondly I had removed your spray and you put it down again after I warned you. So I was getting a bit upset at the fact that you kept saying "what ever you say" in what to me seemed like a very sarcastic tone. Not only that but after I yelled at you for the spray which I took all the white stuff around him as seman. I came to this because of the fact that it came out of his pelvis. After I yelled at you to not bring it, I noticed that newer players coming on kept putting the same spray down so I then started to take it as Trolling since you had what seemed like friends coming in and starting to argue with me. And when the ban aaccured it was not due to a report it was me coming onto a random server and seeing you with the spray I asked you to remove multiple times.
Gag: Regarding the gag I was annoyed at the fact that after all this argueing you went off to insault me. And after the day before where I was already in an agument with you regarding sprays I was a bit upset. As i stated before the way you talked you seemed very sassy and sarcastic so I took it as such.

To note, this is over a "porn" spray that by your/his description of how-its-made didnt make any sense, being that mine wasn't made in photo shop and such which were the "not okay" sources ((there was a furry suckin d with a sandwich photoshopped over it- said by the owner of it themself)), mine was made in Gmod out of colored blocks, nothing wrong at all compared to Illuses own spray, a virgin killer furry with cleavage or (not his someone elses -->) even an animated gif of st8 up booty. Lets skip over you got 60 min and "permanent" "confused", lets move into player"S". Ill admit I came in under another name to troll you abit, but under those pretenses you yelled at me, or someone that had absolutely no idea what the situation was (ie.stranger) and thats not how an "admin" should run anything.

To get to my point, you weren't being fair in my eyes. There was others and much worse to note, so the fact youre singling someone else out just because they made a little bit of fun out of it. ((Especially since other admins couldn't of given a shit about it, if not found it funny)) The sarcasm wasn't nearly as bad, being that I was watching Salty play but it did come into reality when for a good hour after him and I played with those sprays down in multiple areas with no complaints from players or admin and you started cherry picking. Also that, I called you out on it just because through the rules and what you said, you ignored other pornagraphic sprays that "children wouldnt be able to recover from" but then one, even when positioned so that the bad part was hidden, that wasn't nearly as bad caused a shit-nami for you and only you, other people were even saying no one cared.

Im sorry if I hurt your solid masculinity and hard as nails authority but theres people that just aren't fit to have power (Even in the weakest sense) and generally over my years of online gaming, this is a key example.

First off Zevzim insulting me is not going to help your case, secondly I had stated numerous times and I know you were there when I gave out these warnings because you as well had the same spray. Not only that but On the server it states That there be no porn sprays that include and SHOW "Dicks, Nipples, clits, Vaginas, or CUM." The white "stuff" around the so called "Enderman's" legs makes me think its all cum due to the position of the "arm" as salt had told me. However when they are all blocks its hard to tell if it is an arm or a dick. So I assumed since it was going into the pig in the rear that it was a dick. I have seen other walk into the servers with bad sprays most borderline yes, and I do have a spray like that however I spent time looking over the rules and making sure they are still good. When you said I yelled at you when you came under a different alias yes I did, but that was due to the fact that I thought salt was trolling me by calling in his friends so mainly I was telling him. I had told him if you remember that " Tell your friends to stop coming in with that spray". I was getting flustered because I knew someone was trolling me. and dealing with the same argument for about an hour starts to get old fast. Another point I should make is that you may have been on different servers however we at Freak fortress keep to our rules and, as I stated I try staying to them best I can. If I didn't tell you to check the rules than I am sorry for that but after hearing the same thing enforced time after time I start to lose my patience. Mainly due to the fact that its at the same person time after time. Finally even if the spray was a bit cut of and not from cropping its still a pornography spray, and the fact remains that you two re-sprayed it after I told you not too.

I understand the rest also, but can you please finally address the whole not telling anyone else to follow the rules? Youve been dodging and now we have an audience of almost 200, lets get a conclusion and you can go back to admining the right way.

Admin has removed the ban. The spray, while relatively harmless and a joke, can still be perceived as a porn spray as it is technically not "censored". We are very strict on showing ANY sort of full nudity due to our hoster's terms and conditions.

Considering your rude and immature responses to our admin, coupled with the fact that you admit you were being toxic on our servers, there will be no other investigation done by our team on the admin you are disputing. Remain respectful to our admins and our players or risk a harsher punishment next time. Thanks.
