I found out what's wrong with my pc. Motherboard is fawked. Any tips? I have a spare MB. But not sure how to take it out

best tip if you are not a tech type of guy. DO NOT GO TO A COMMERCIAL COMPUTER STORE, like best buy or geek squad.
go to a family business type of computer shop, he will charge about 30-50 bucks depending on computer. i went to best buy once and seen them charge that much just to install ram....
