Server: csgo minigames
witnesses (spoiler because I literally wrote every single person on the server):
Demos contain full chat logs including voice chat, and they are in order of capture:
demo #1: https://www.mediafire.com/?p3i2a7riggqob1u
demo #2: https://www.mediafire.com/?qq4yszbznhhsgqc
demo #3: https://www.mediafire.com/?68w9clg3n70vjcf
These can all be watched by placing them in your /csgo folder, and typing "playdemo [demoname]" in console. Shift+f2 for controls like pause, rewind, and skip.
Screenshots (mainly of tab menu since you cannot see that while in a demo):
It all comes down to abuse, but I'm going to be more specific than that:
1. The map change. I began recording the demo quickly after Michael (Nivlack in the demo) cancelled the map vote (seen in screenshot) because it was 11-2 in the revote (or so) for jacs multigames over extend map. He did not extend the map after, however he changed it to mikis course. (I'm not sure if it automatically went to mikis or if he set that to the nextmap himself.) Once on mikis, he changed it to jacs quickly though, but we shouldn't have been there in the first place...
2. The temp mutes: (Also there was temporarily a permanent mute on yourselvs that occured before any of this, though I'm not sure why.) On mikis he gave me a temp mute after I threatened to report him if he didn't change the map (which he did, so good on him for that much at least). Then he recreated that temp mute on jacs, and did not revoke it once.
As an old gmod player, I want to just point out to anyone else who doesn't know this that in cs go (unlike gmod and other games like hl2dm), mute means voice only and gag means all. (This still doesn't make sense to me, as someone who's gagged can still type on a keyboard, though a mute has trouble ever learning the language in the first place, but it's how it is.)
3. The ban (while I'm still muted btw): We were playing the footrace/obstacle course on jacs. Here's a brief description of the map so that it makes more sense for those who don't play it regularly:
Two teams stand on opposite sides of an unbreakable glass wall, starting with knives. In front of them is an obstacle course that can take anywhere from a minute to ten depending on how long it takes them to get passed the (sometimes hard) obstacles. At the end of the map are three awps and a gap in the glass wall. If you get there, you can take the awp either to your side (and shoot through the glass with slight damage reduction), or your enemies' (and risk getting knifed, but with no damage reduction from the wall). If the teams take too long to finish the round, the glass in the middle will automatically break. It should be noted that most of the map is flat with holes (which are part of the obstacles) in the floor, with three exceptions: The spawns dip down below the rest of the map; there is a line of glass walls to jump around that cause an enormous amount of damage reduction; and the second to last obstacle (arguably the hardest), is made of solid walls (among other things) with extremely low penetration.
Now for the round (see the 3rd demo): We spawn, michael finishes first (on my team), just in front of me. He takes the awp into the enemy side. I take mine into my side. He almost immediately dies to a knife. I kill the only guy right there, but I run back to ct spawn because it will be picked up soon after no matter what I do, and it's a good spot to make a headshot box. Though I get a few picks, my teammates fall down one by one. (At some point the glass breaks, but it doesn't impact the round much in the end.) I see "you have been kicked" on my screen. I find out I have a ban. Then I see this (on the website):
And these would be his other bans:

Notice how all (aside from mine) but one were unbanned? The guy who wasn't unbanned was claimed to have been "aimbotting", but despite the recent vac waves, he has not ever been vac banned. This is possible but extremely unlikely.
I explained a bunch of stuff that I probably didn't need to because I don't know how much anyone who reads this knows about all this. If you plan to ask a question or something, you better not have missed a detail already in this giant wall of text.
If these are the type of admins that are being selected for the server, I'm outta here. This is not the only case, you know who you are. Bye.
tldr: michael = abusing/censoring/falsely giving reasons for bans
