does mechanical keys really give an edge to typing and gaming and general? or is it just a preference

Thanks for the help soul, I think if anything I'll go with the 4430 because while you seemed to be within budget however all the parts in canada especially the CPU are 10-15$ more expensive so when adding everything together it kinda puts me over budget anyways I'll update this thread when my decisi...
