I must say that we shouldn't buff the cloak as nerfing the dr is a better idea. A spy shouldn't be able to tank the most hits in the game(this should be the heavy). With this I would say we make it so the dr doesn't take 3 hits but 2 instead and the normal cloak to get a speed boost.

You should talk to the admin that warned you and she can unwarn you again. If she doesn't want to unwarn you, ask other admins of that servers to help you convince her. It is officially not against the rules but it doesn't help the admins if you mute them, it will only cause more trouble.
