Boss Info: GRIND GRIND GRIND KILL KILL KILL!

Boss Class: Pyro
Boss Weapons: Axtinguisher, flying guillotine.
Boss Health: ??? I really wouldn't know how to balance this.
Boss Abilities: Super jump, instant weigh down, and a small amount of knockback resistance.
Boss Rage: Buzz Axe Rampage - Increase movement speed, melee damage, reduce knockback affects, killing people with your melee weapon restores an amount of health, and gain ammo to use the flying guillotine, which does no bleed damage, but increased base damage. It would use the same model as the melee weapon. No ubercharge or spook. To indicate rampage mode, Pyro could hold the axe like an all class melee weapon.

Even if these ideas are dumb, I think we have gone too long without a Hale from Borderlands
