So this is coming from a server I was a admin for before it died, but there was always one boss on there that stood out the most to me that I don't see on other servers: Johnny Bravo!
Class Type: Heavy
Health: About 1,500 per player
Rage gained: Per 3,500 HP lost
Rage: Johnny Bravo does the Finger Pistol taunt, as everyone on BLU team's screens are zoomed in on Johnny Bravo (No matter where he is on the map) and they cannot attack, with a short stun at the end of the rage duration (This is based off of OzFur's version, it is subject to change if need be. Doing the taunt gives players a chance to run away and the rage duration/stun allows Johnny Bravo to pick off important classes or anyone in the way. During the rage, Sentries are temporarly stunned and Medics are unallowed to pop Ubercharge if they haven't already
Melee weapon: Fists:
-400% Damage Bonus
-+3 Capture Rate
Boss Music: OzFur didn't necessarily give it a bgm to play against him, mostly due to the fact that his rage plays a small snip of this song, but if need be, this could potentially be the bgm for it:

Trevor Phillips would sound nice as a boss (GTA V series)
Stats:
SPECIAL: Has all weapons at the start of the round, having a single clip in them (Sniper Rifle, SMG, Machete/Kukri). No superjump or teleport, has a particular hatred towards backstabbers (backstabs deal 1/5th of Trevor's health instead of the normal 1/10th)
Weapon stats:
- Sniper Rifle (25 max bullets, deal 100 dmg on hit and 300 dmg on headshot, no zoom in required, default fire rate and reload. Deals 117% increased damage against buildings) Starts with 6 bullets)
- SMG (30 clip size, deal 32 dmg on hit, 96 on crits and headshots, default fire rate, 50% longer reload time) Relatively low weapon spread (-85% bullet spread). Starts with two clips)
- Machete/kukri (130 damage on hit, 1.6 seconds attack interval, +50% range, default cap rate)

I suggest one of the characters from the madness combat series. There already exist Gmod model files for him, (see link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... =254551320) And I think the concept is worth looking into.
All of the characters in the series have iconic melee weapons, which would be easy to emulate in game. I strongly encourage you to watch the Madness Combat series for inspiration if you haven't already. Hank (The character wearing bright red goggles and several bandage wraps under a trenchcoat) weilds a katana and might have a multi-life system where losing a life gives a brief combat boost. His rage might be the use of a ranged weapon. He might also have a passive where he might occasionally get to use the weapon of the person he killed for a brief period of time.
Tricky (The serial killer clown with a stop sign) could be a far more chaotic bossfight. He weilds said stop sign as a melee weapon, and also weilds a machine called the improbability drive. His rage could be random negative effects on people within a radius. He could also "tricky bounce" from one location to the next as one of his abilities.
Hope this is taken into consideration, A Curly-Haired Rogue.
