I join your server, I was wanting to play for about 10 minutes and get off. I get banned when I start the round. I been a member of your guy's server for awhile along with Progreen. 2 main servers I play on. If I was accused of cheating please provide a demo as I would like to see. thanks for your time.

first i have to say this is not the way you dispute. should have followed the rules. second i have to say i looked at the demo and it might be time for a new steam id " BLATANT AS FUCK". i dont think its even worth disputing this one buddy.................

Decision on ban is obviously up to you admins, but first demo was not suspect at all imo. Everything could be explained with sound and radar, and sound only played a part in maybe 2 rounds. Second demo was lol, but with only around 4 rounds recorded, the first of which was pretty much a dead round for him, it would've been a better idea to record for longer. A lot of the shots were flicks on reaction and could be attributed to any number of things, interp of the server included.

I'm not saying whether or not he hacks but this looks like an inconclusive case also, new steam id aside. If he is the same HYPE that used to play regularly in the server there were times where he would do amazingly but the first demo certainly doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

I don't really care whether or not he gets unbanned but, in general, better demos should be provided before banning a player. CSS is a dying/dead game because more people are willing to believe that a player is hacking than to believe he's good. I have dozens of people on my buddy list that have quit CSS completely because they've been banned from so many pubs on ridiculous accusations. Not saying that the second demo isn't suspect, but 3 not-blatant-rounds isn't a good way to judge. I have a few demos somewhere on my comp of me joining the server and acing on a full server, but a few among many doesn't speak to illegitimacy.
