Curious question, did you bother askin one of those 2 admins you mentioned to ask him to stop or ban him for it? This really is not report-worthy.

First off, the photo proves nothing. Okay, he bought a smoke and threw it, not a big deal. A video showing him spamming smokes to piss players off on purpose is an issue.

Second off, You could have asked the 2 admins avaliable to deal with the issue.

Next time record a demo showing he spams smokes and then it could be taken into consideration.

I told the admins in chat, they seemed to ignore it.

Also, in the picture you can see multiple smokes that went off by the different circles.
