CSS Spray Problem after update

C:\steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\download\user_custom
it's broken at this moment. But if you want...
Copy all *.dat files from these folders
cstrike/download/user_custom/copy inside those folder 00,0e, other folders too
and move them in new folder
cstrike/download/downloads/
launch game and go play againts bots
make sure you have
