Ok. So I was banned by apathy for calling him a nigger. I believe this is unfair and should be removed from the ban list.

This should be in the dispute a ban/report a player section and use the correct formatting for a ban dispute.

Since when was racism against the rules? Everybody calls everyone a nigger. Even if it was Apathy (love ya, bro) it's still a stupid reason to ban. You can mute, gag, etc., but ban? Just over the top, especially since everybody says "nigger."

Calling Apathy a "nigger" isn't really a bannable offense, mostly depending on the way in which you say/mean it. We don't really ban people for "racism" because it causes everyone to call for bans constantly because someone else said something they didn't like, which is overall annoying and a shitty way to run things. however if someone is actually and seriously being racist, and or constantly doing it (as opposed to occasionally saying a racial slur) then it could easily result in a ban.
However, I believe this ban was more on par with the fact that you constantly disrespect apathy and are generally a massive annoyance. Especially with the "Hurr durr I'm gay stick a horse dick in my ass" shit.
You have freedom of speech on this server, for the most part. You're allowed to get your opinions and thoughts across, we aren't censoring you or your ideas. It doesn't mean you are free to say whatever you want in what ever way you want, "freedom of speech" is not the same as "Right to spam chat or constantly call people niggers". there's a lot of other things that you can do that aren't protected by the leniency fire likes to have with his server's conversations, like revealing another player's personal information, or constantly harassing them.
TL:DR Stop being an annoying faggot.

It could go either way with this one, he's not appealing it so much as saying that it shouldn't have happened in the first place, and making a "complaint" that it was unfair. It's funny cause he didn't ban you for calling him a nigger. He told me he banned you because you kept disrespecting everyone and you were just being annoying in general. He planned on lifting the ban sometime this week anyway. You'll probably be unbanned later today one I talk to him.

2-3 weeks ago, you got into competitive playing. Started scrimming and all that goodie good shit.
Then you come back to the MG server, thinking you're better than everyone, that's when you started talking maaaaaad shit to everyone.
And for some reason you started cussing people out alot (something you've never done before). So for a 2 week period you were doing this, and one time it just went too far.
I join the server, immediatly hear: oh the nigger is here. Then you proceeded to call me nigger, and sure you can say "thats nothing huh" sure for a first time offence it isn't hard to deal with, but when you hear it like 10 times during 10 minutes, you gon get mad. That's not even what made me ban you, nah I prevented my self of searching up your house and beat yo ass up. It was the fact of you calling everyone bitches for no apparent reason, somehow my name popped up as a subject to discuss then Blaze said: YEAH FUCK APATHY HE'S BEEN A BITCH LATELY FUCKING NIGGER.
