Can't install Nvidia Geforce Experience on my computer. Keeps saying the installer failed. Troubleshooting didn't do anything.

Try uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling them. That's how I got Geforce to work when mine wouldn't run.

Might be some incompatibility with your current version of Windows 10. I had a similar issue earlier with the Fall Creator's Update. Other than that, I can't think of any other reason why it would be acting up.

Basically, go back to the previous version of Windows 10 (if you can) uninstall/reinstall current drivers then try again.
if that doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you rn.

Don't forget to boot into safe mode and wipe all traces of your driver with DDU.
