Alt Tab lag with TF2 after a windows update

Hi, I don't know if this is where I'm supposed to post this.
But just a heads up just in case some people are getting some annoying lag when alt tabbing between tf2 and other windows (which I got and some people I talked to) after some dumb recent windows 10 update. Sometimes it would end up crashing my TF2 or the game freezes which forces me to close the game.
To fix it, open up your Windows Settings> System > Focus Assist. Under the Automatic Rules, turn everything off. Hopefully that will help.
