DISC-FF

So, lately, My computer has been doing a certain thing. It would go Normal/Fast speed for about 30 minutes, then randomly slow down to a certain point to where i have to restart it, It doesn't matter what i have open, it Just does it all the time, this is really annoying because it just kinda randomly started happening. Please tell me what to do to fix this

What computer do you have? My guess would be that it's overheating and therefore throttling back on performance.

If these numbers are hitting ~95C or greater, then it's likely overheating. If you've got an AMD CPU/APU, I believe the limit is around 65C.

If your computer is overheating, then it's probably time for some compressed air and cleanup. Always make sure that your computer vents are never blocked as well.

I've actually had this problem before. It would happen when i'd be playing for a vary long time. it doesn't really happen anymore for some reason i don't know.

But yeah, it's probably an overheating issue. Either that or you have a shit-tonne (that's metric, folks) of background programs and when they all finally load your computer forgets how to work properly.

walked him through a few things, got him to run malwarebytes, it found like 180 threats. So that might have been why

The Problem seems to have been solved, thanks to Sakura, who made me realize how much i don't know about my PC, but Seriously tho, Thanks Sakura, You saved me a couple hundred Dollars, because i was gonna go get a New PC next week if i couldn't fix this.

EDIT: My computer may be faster, but it still crashes, I really want this fixed, so anything you can think of, or if you know how to fix it, please share any information, thanks.

Try putting new fans into the computer or just cleaning the fans in there
I don't know that much about pc's but that might help a little
