Thinking about coming back, how are things?

Heya, so recently I've been feeling like making a return to Disc FF.

For anyone who doesn't know who I am, I used to be a long time player/admin on the prophunt server, and to a lesser extent the surf server. The last time I was really active as a player was back in early 2016, I think? Either way, I made a lot of great friends in this community, but despite that I never actually kept in contact with anyone after leaving. I think at the time I was trying to put a bit more focus into my actual life? Either way, since then I realize now that I've felt mostly disconnected from life instead. I tried joining other communities or groups, or just distracting myself with highly intensive games, but nothing has really compared to this community in any respect.

To that end, I've been thinking about re-installing TF2 and coming back, but I wanted to ask all of you how are things? I realize that a lot has probably changed, and that there are a lot of new faces and only some familiar ones, but thinking about this community always gives me an urge to make a return. I figured that if I wanted to ask this question anywhere, this is the place to do it.

On a side note, I notice we have a discord server now, so if I do come back I'll probably end up hanging out in there a bunch.
I tried to avoid making this an essay, I'm sorry

Hello there and welcome back! Your pichu profile pic looks familiar. Prop hunt is still fun. I mostly hang out on murder though, you should re install tf2 and come play murder!

Weeest!
Yeah, tbh discord is almost as dead as prophunt is now.
HOWEVER, the murdercommunity is pretty damn awesome and a lot of the prophuntplayers plays there now.

Sucks to hear that prop hunt is basically dead now, but I’ll definitely check out murder when I can, I just hope it isn’t scary. I’m bad with spooks :?

Thanks for all the kind words guys, I’ll probably reinstall today, might not be on much though as I’m fairly busy with college.

West! It's been so long since I've seen you. I hope we can play prophunt again someday, but it died so there's that. Hop on VSH/Murder sometime so we could play :>

I hopped on the murder server earlier today actually, was a bunch of fun.

In the meantime though I decided to embrace memes and put this up on the r/tf2 subreddit following the stream of old-school runescape memes that have been leaking everywhere. I should probably do some actual work. . .
