I would make a good admin because: I am a very active player with a lot of flexibility. My goal is to promote a fun environment for everyone. I am open minded and always listen to everyone's side of things. I am social and don't mind explaining things to help out new members.

Other things I should mention are: I have past experience as staff for numerous communities. I have a working microphone that i frequently use.

i know heera out of a previous community, and while they've had a rough start over there, i've seen how they behaved later on. They're reasonable, and when she doesn't know something specific, instead of standing around, she asks for help.
She's also not abusive with commands and proposes a fun environment.

While she still is on the newer side of this community, i see no issues with her applying already, i was the same after all.
and until this application goes through entirely, she'll have collected a decent amount of experience already.

I wouldn't mind having them as a staff member for ZR, simple +rep from me.
