Add Spawncamping to the /report reasons on mariokart servers.

As the title says. There is no option to report for spawncamping on the mariokart servers. please add one so we dont have to keep using spam/exploiting/ect as the reason

That post is mainly directed towards the "other" option which allowed user to input what ever complaint they wanted.

Or add a "Gamemode Specific" option.
That seems like it would be a good idea.
