Hey, I cant pick-up the revolver in the MM gamemode Please help?

Could be a number of reasons for this one and it's not exactly easy when no details are given. Karma, perhaps--did you RDM? Maybe you're the murderer? Maybe it really is a glitch, I don't know, but there are times under certain conditions where you can't pick it up, yet if there were more details to this particular instance, it would be made easier to tell.
