He first said it, then I asked him to not say it again cause it was against the rules and I was just warning him about the guidelines. He kept going. He said he was black so he thinks he had the rights. Is it still against the rules if they say, for example, the n word when they're black? I know it was a racial slur and I know you're not allowed to say anything racist in the servers. He was also being a troll and harassing on the server. I'm just somewhat confused.

I reported this already to Ravio, and Ravio told me he dealt Circles his punishment already.

Before the post is handled I'd like to personally state that any use of the N-word on freak is not currently allowed and that the race of the user does not give any special permission to use it.
