Reason why you think this punishment is unfair/uncalled for/biased, etc: This punishment is very unfair, because I would like to say that 1. I wasn't antagonizing players.. someone was being soft and I called them a rule follower and a member of the 'rotc' so how is that an antagonization? The link, I will admit I did post to my own steam asking for people to add me because I do have a low ammount of friends... But I would also like to add that the ban took place after the whole thing with the other player. Maybe 30ish minutes? It wasn't like there was a sit or any convo of the offense, I was talking to faiithe telling her how little she really matters and that the powers she's granted are virtual powers and her influence has no affect on people, which is reality and the truth, if you want to call that a violent offense then you're the lowest type of arrogant there is.

Reason why we should remove the punishment: Obviously enough, I see this as pointless or unnecessary because Faiithe couldn't take a little truth, though all that I said was probably true, by saying "Fat, or powerless in the real world" isn't far-fetched. I would appreciate if she would be punished for banning me, or warned to if going to take action, do it earlier and imminently. I feel that the ban was unreasonable because someone can't allow me to practce my first ammendment rights and take criticism. :) Editors note- in the ban she says antagonizing players, which I would like to refute because the use of such word implies that I was provoking someone else to become hostile, which in no way was I pushing someone to be hostile. I was simply name calling people that if you think it's that deep then re-take 1st grade because a weeabo, fat, and rotc are such meaningless titles.

Thanks for your appeal. As sincere as this sounds, I was already warned by someone to keep an eye on you because of how you were bothering some people, calling them names (basically aggravating them), if you look to the chat logs. At first it wasn't as bad then you posted your steam account twice again asking people to add you because you needed a friend and when I asked you to stop, you stopped. And one of my friends pm'd me and told me you were trying to friend them even though they didn't want to, so you were bothering him and I can assume a bunch of the other players. Then you told everyone that "we should all get porn sprays so we make tiny (one of the players who told me there was a porn spray on the server) just freak out" and I told you to stop (again).

And then I was joking around with a bunch of people about why porn sprays aren't allowed and so you proceeded to insult me and when I ignored you, you kept insulting me until I finally banned you.

As lovely as your appeal sounds, I feel the one day suffices your toxicity in the server.

After reviewing this appeal I don't find a 1 day ban to be correct. I'm lifting your ban and deleting it from our records and placing a 2 hour silence on you.

Please don't post links of any kind in chat. While it might seem harmless with a Steam link people do change the link up sometimes to phish people. So to be on the safe side we just block all urls.

While you have the right to say what you want, if a admin asks you to stop you need to stop. If you feel what they did was not correct feel free to make a admin report on the forums and I will review it and speak with the admin if need be.
