In the youtube clip, the last few second show the possible cheater (Superboy) hitting a shot while they were typing.
The full demo shows multiple cases of the possible cheater having strange mouse movements, almost always after hitting the shot.

On the map before the one shown in the demo+video, the suspected cheater could barely keep up with any rocket - granted, it was at 200% speed, but they couldn't hit it at all. Furthermore, the suspected cheater hit almost every shot and didn't die once (to a rocket), even when the rocket was 80+ MPH, which is about the starting speed of 200% speed.
The most conclusive piece of evidence is the last bit of both the video and demo, where the possible cheater airblasts a rocket while they're typing.
