Rules broken: Joining the server and going afk
Note: This has occurred multiple times throughout the past week or so.

For those unaware, going afk on Murder presents a problem for a particular reason. Normally, if the afk player is a murderer, the role is given to another player after a single minute. Unfortunately, in many cases, three as seen in the demo, the round prematurely ends due to a bug. If the afk is the last murderer, during the switch, the round abruptly ends instead of the role switching properly (the role IS switched, but it's treated as the bystanders winning). While just being afk wouldn't be an issue (the player just wouldn't spawn), it's clear that jingjingna joins on every map switch to go afk for lengthy periods of time--in fact, most people are convinced that he's afk more than he is actually playing.

Server on which the rulebreaking occured: Murder

Witnesses: NightFlash, and in previous cases, Hero (Music) and tuna mongeau can attest to this, though many late night regulars would confirm that this has been an issue for a very long time, for at least a week.

Proof: Demo for the latest case.

His AFK-ing seems to be sporadic, but I can confirm he does seem AFK more often than not.

For what it's worth I support the claim above.

This is not really something we can punish for as it's not against the rules and the server isnt full. I know mitch is working on tweaking the system though.
